1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

Customers may return or exchange non-sale items within 05 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for return or exchange:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

All original tags and packaging must be attached

Items must not show signs of use

If the item was received damaged, photo evidence is required

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your return.

2. Refund Policy

If approved:

Refunds will cover the cost of the item only

Original delivery/shipping charges are non-refundable

Refunds will be processed within 48 hours after inspection

It may take 4–7 working days for the amount to reflect in your original payment method

Refunds Are NOT Available For:

Sale items (exchange only allowed)

Custom or personalized orders

Orders paid through installment payment services

Items missing original tags or packaging

Items that appear used or damaged by the customer

Custom orders are specially made according to your selected style, material, and accessories. Therefore, they cannot be resold and are not eligible for refund or exchange under any circumstances.

3. Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange under the following conditions:

Incorrect size (runs big or small)

Item received damaged (photo proof required)

Wrong item delivered (photo proof required)

Manufacturing defect

Exchange conditions:

Item must be in original condition with tags and packaging

Exchanges are subject to stock availability

Exchanges are allowed only for items of equal value

If there is a price difference, the balance will be issued as store credit

4. Size Issues

We strongly recommend reviewing our size chart before placing an order.

Orders may be cancelled before shipment

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible
